Day 88: Daylight Savings
I decided this afternoon to see if I could visually illustrate how I feel about the time change. I love it when we have more light at the end of the day, but it also means that getting up earlier becomes an hour harder (eventually). The image that came to mind was an alarm clock blinking 12:00.
It was not nearly as easy to take the shot as I had hoped. I have an SB-24 camera left, gridded, at 1/16th power. I had my shutter speed slowed down to 1/8th so that I could pick up the red glow of the LED, and my aperture around f8 or so to get just a hint of light behind the clock to define it’s shape.
If I had the time, I’d go back and use a different lens to try and capture the clock in better focus, but 365 project ain’t about perfection.
