I took this one the same time I took my most popular photography of all time. Not quite as amazing, but still pretty pleasing to me. Wish some of the highlights weren’t blown out but what are you doing to do?
I went and bought this photography market book yesterday. While I was waiting in the car for Sarah, I thumbed through it and I was suddenly overwhelmed with the Fear. I know the Fear well. As a writer who sends his work out to magazines in the slush, it’s the same Fear. Fear of rejection, of failure, or putting your work out their and being deemed not good enough.
My goal is going to be to work up to 1 pitch per day. I don’t know if I have the photographs necessary to pitch or not, but I’m going to try. What the hell, right? I’m also going to start entering contests and maybe putting together a series for a gallery show.
