Web Technical Question

I’m stumped by something.  By default, if you scroll down a long page and then click on a link which takes you to another page, if you click the browser button, when you go back, you should be scrolled down the page to your original link.

Only I have this bug on a page where if you do that, the back button returns you to the top of the page every time.  Anyone have any thoughts on why that might happen?

Update:  yeah, browser bug.  Thanks!
