Here’s a quick note to let you know that the Seeds of Change anthology site has gone live, including the full text version of my story “Arties Aren’t Stupid” along with stories by Jay Lake and Tobias Buckell.
I’ve always loved stories that play with creating a private language for a niche society. I love that odd feeling of alienation when you’re dumped unknowing into that sea of foreign language, and I love that creeping realization as you move through the story and begin to internalize it.
From the reviews, I have learned that not everyone likes this kind of story. But if you do, nothing would make me happier than you reading the story and enjoying it. If you read it and hate it, tell no one! I got a reputation to maintain here…
