Vedawoo, early dawn II

Another capture of the early dawn in Vedawoo, a rock formation in Wyoming. This reflects the pinkness of the sky very well. Focus isn’t too bad on this one I think. Remember that you can click on the image over to Flickr, and click “all sizes” to see the image much bigger.

I had hoped to go shooting in Rocky Mountain National Park today, but the weather is very overcast, making for some not very interesting landscape photography. And my telephoto is just too slow to go wildlife shooting in this kind of light. Alas, alas. Another vacation day wasted in the pursuit of something other than photography.

Heh. I just totaled up all the lenses, books, and lighting tools that I would like to buy soon, and the grand total is $3958.13. For the price of a decent used car, I can have most of the lenses I want! I gotta sell more prints.
