Here’s a quick note to let you know that the Seeds of Change anthol­ogy site has gone live, includ­ing the full text ver­sion of my story “Arties Aren’t Stupid” along with sto­ries by Jay Lake and Tobias Buckell.

I’ve always loved sto­ries that play with cre­at­ing a pri­vate lan­guage for a niche soci­ety. I love that odd feel­ing of alien­ation when you’re dumped unknow­ing into that sea of for­eign lan­guage, and I love that creep­ing real­iza­tion as you move through the story and begin to inter­nal­ize it.

From the reviews, I have learned that not every­one likes this kind of story. But if you do, noth­ing would make me hap­pier than you read­ing the story and enjoy­ing it.  If you read it and hate it, tell no one!  I got a rep­u­ta­tion to main­tain here…
